This vibration plate works really well. It doesn't take up too much space, and it's not too loud. The wide range of vibration levels is also a nice feature. I've been using it every day. It helps me relax and helps with lymphatic drainage.

Can’t wait to get the full benefits of this vibration plate! I turned it on and seems amazing so far but haven’t had long enough to know the true benefits and am pretty excited for them ???
