I was in the hospital when my vibration plate came.
I put it together today in a matter of a couple minutes.
It is so vey relaxing!!! Can’t wait to continue getting stronger every day with this!!

Have just been standing and shaking for about 6 to 8 weeks. Everyday 15 minutes. I have no more discomfort in my left knee and right hip going up and down the steps. I live in a two story walk up. Looking forward to adding movements and different positions.

Great for lymphatic drainage and Somatic release

Love this for aiding in lymphatic drainage. Very helpful with somatic therapies and moving stuck energy. Great for a person who sits a lot throughout the day and is either limited or unable to have a typical "workout routine". Making movement and resources much more available to the average person.
