I have always enjoyed a good workout or maybe just a relaxing time while watching tv, and having this hexaplate works best in both times! Feels good right after! Best investment by far!

Great lymph movement but small

1st day relief

After a grueling 12hr shift at hospital, I tried the vibration plate for the first time last evening. I experienced moderate relief of aching of feet/ankles and some decrease of leg soreness; easy to fall asleep. This morning I used again for 10mins before hospital shift. Hopeful with continued use, I have less 'fat', aches, and puffiness that occurs with 8 day stretches @ work

I have been using this for several months now I am chronically ill and in pain. This has helped loosen up my joints and keep me mobile and flexible and I will continue to use I use it twice a day everyday
