I’ve only had my plate for 4 days but so far I’ve really liked it! Hoping to see benefits after longer use! I do wish I had gotten one that is a bit bigger as doing exercises on this one is a little tougher.

I am very happy with this model. It provides a strong vibration and is light to carry. It only weighs 12 pounds. I can pack it in my car when I travel. This is a great way to help get my lymphatic system moving on a consistent basis.

Having difficulty going down the steps and up the steps on my left knee and my right hip. All the discomfort is gone now as I go down the steps and up the steps I will continue doing my 15 minutes a day. Thank you very much
