This vibration plate is small (perfect for my size, I am 5'5 140 lbs.) but feels sturdy. Has good modes and speed. First I went through the preset modes fast and the first three once felt kind of same to me. But after taking my time to complete the cycle I realized that the each mode changes after couple of minutes. First it started with the hips, then I felt it in my abdominal, then back, thighs, and then legs. Different modes address different muscles. I loved it. Small size but gives a good punch. I also bought 4D vibration plate from another brand but will return it as this little one provides the all I need experience. I put it in front of my vanity and use it in the morning and everything with my hygiene routines.
