Easy Workout

I just recently found out I have osteoporosis and heard this plate helps build bones as well as help with balance, so I thought I would give it a try. It is so easy to use, and I can feel the benefit after almost 3 weeks of using it.

I enjoy using the vibration plate. I am still learning the different programs and settings. I am not using the resistance bands, when attached they make the machine noisy.

This vibration board works great! I love how it has both manual and programmed levels and there are so many different levels. It’s very durable and made well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love it. Children love it. My son is a riot, He can spend at least 5-10 minutes on it before bed and sleeps like a rock so I’d say it’s also magical.
