I just received this and I’m looking forward to all it can do for me. Used it once just starting out for 4 minutes. I’ve had rods in my spine for 20 years and want to start slowly.

First day using it, seems well constructed, says the weight rating is 265lbs., I'm 225 and it held me just fine. Went for 15 mins basically just standing on it, and when I was done, gotta admit my legs were jello like lol. We'll see how it goes over time, but so far so good.

Just received but am hoping for improved bone health. So far it is a solid machine with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Losing some weight and toning up a bit will be great bonuses. Excited to see what happens
