I bought the LifePro vibration bench and I love it!! You can sit or stand on it & the vibration can be as easy or hard as you like. This absolutely tones your body because when the surface you stand on is moving you can’t help but to tighten your core to stay balanced. This vibration plate helps your balance because of the same reason but also improves circulation and helps with lymphatic drainage. I work out regularly and got the Life Pro vibration bench to enhance my work outs, strengthen my core, improve my balance, and get rid of puffiness from excess fluid. I love it!!

Trying to build strength and balance

I was diagnosed with MS one year ago and have been having trouble with balance and stability. I am hoping the HexaPlate Lite helps. Big fan of the rose gold color and the overall look of the item.

Nice but not very durable

Love the plate however I was using the handles and the cord just ripped out of the fastener, unfortunately there’s no way to fix it.
