I just started using my Hexalite Vibration plate. I am amazed at how i am feeling after only a few days of use. I can't get enough. I find myself on it several times a day - short periods to start.

After 10 hours on my feet this vibe action smooths my achy muscles. It is definitely worth the price. The deal of a lifetime I must say. The price was great too. 20 minutes on the vibration plate, after a good meal and a shower, really helps me to sleep well.

Feels like a stand up massage

I have a severe scoliosis curve. I'm overweight but due to bad back and knees, sciatica and the list goes ON, I can't really do certain excercises but I CAN stand on a plate. Usually just the act of lying down in my bed and lifting my legs off the floor to the bed is painful but not so much after using this plate. To some it's excercise, but to me it's pain relief that doesn't include medications AND that is a God send ? ❤

Only had this a few days, so far I really like it but too soon to tell the long term benefits. I do feel like it’s helped reduce swelling and pain in my feet and legs after a long day

I just took it out of the box.I haven't even hooked it up yet. I'm trying to get to the exercises that you're booklet said I could get to online. You won't let me pass this screen unless I submit a review.
