Love the vibration plate

This HexaPlate Lite is my second plate purchase. I have one for home and the lite for our camper. My father is currently using the lite plate and he loves it too. It has been amazing for his leg strength, edema and swelling, balance and energy. He is 95 years old and we have been looking for something to improve those areas and he cannot believe the difference he’s had in only a few uses! I am a LifePro fan for sure! Thank you!

Love my vibration plate for the convenience of the product. Set up in my bedroom, easy to use while watching t.v. Feel muscle toning afterwards. Feels equal to a jog without the stress on my joints. Would buy again!
