Awesome Workout with the Hexaplate!

Wow - you really get a nice little workout in just 15 minutes with the Hexaplate! It also helps stimulate circulation and on low settings, eases lower back pain. Very impressed with it!

Excellent product for toning and circulation

I have been using this for a week, rotating through the P02-P09 and also the manual settings. Although initially purchased for improving my circulation, I am realizing the fitness and toning benefits as well. I have now purchased several more for family members who have tried mine and really liked it.
