I really enjoy my Hexaplate Lite Vibration Plate. It helps me with my circulation, energy and a nice add on to my fitness routine. Got hook on it while visiting my son. I had to get one for myself.

5 minutes into trial run and I had to go and release the fluid that had been released from the tissues. Amazing!!
