This vibration plate works really well. It doesn't take up too much space, and it's not too loud. The wide range of vibration levels is also a nice feature. I've been using it every day. It helps me relax and helps with lymphatic drainage.

First time using this machine and it is really great. Very user friendly, already feeling some good effects from using it daily. However, it does take some to get used to especially using it barefoot due to the ridges. But otherwise a great machine.
