Vibration plate

I have always been curious about the vibration plates . I have a knee that bothers me a lot and I have a job where I am constantly moving and by the end of the day I have to pop my knee and stretch it a lot . I have noticed since using this I don’t feel nearly as much discomfort and at night I barely have to keep popping my knee . Definitely know that this is helping !!!

I'm really enjoying the vibration plate - I feel so energized and relaxed after 15 minutes on there, and have way less tension in my muscles. Highly recommend!
