I just received it, but happy with it so far. It's not too heavy and the color (pink) is so cute and vibrant. I ordered it because l spend long hours sitting at work. I'm hoping this will improve my circulation.

Does wonders for chronic pain!

I've been using this daily for two weeks and my lower back pain and overall stiffness has become obsolete. I strength train regularly and this aids in muscle recovery. Above all else, it has a calming effect on my parasympathetic nervous system that is worth the investment alone. I wouldn't buy this if you're looking for a way to avoid good old fashioned CICO + exercise, but would definitely recommend as a tool to aid those weight loss efforts.
