I've had this for 3 days & I am very happy. It really gets the blood flowing. I used a vibration plate many years ago, and am very happy that they are now available at a price that everyone can have one.

I love this been using it almost 2 weeks now every day for 20 minutes. You can sit down on a chair and put your feet on it I love standing best product out and I am so glad to have it if your ok the fence grab one you will love it just like I do great price too
