Just received my vibration plate today 12/8/2025.
Plugged up and ready to go. It’s been a few minutes since I’ve started and it feels good sitting down . Legs are shaking and feeling some itching for sure .

I received my Waver later in the evening. Placed it where I wanted it and plugged it in. I continued to be up late feeling a kink in my neck just slightly. I was up late and I walked by my Waver and I thought hhhmmm! Maybe I will just give that a 15 minute try on first number. I then went to my chair to sit a while and before I paid much attention I realized that little annoying kink in my neck had disappeared. Yay! I just may be on to something here. I am going to enjoy obviously my Waver more than I initially thought.
