Great price for Vibration Plate

I barely got the plate yesterday, plugged it in and used the plate just standing for 10 minutes. It works and does what most vibration plates will do. Hoping to use it in more ways for exercise..

Unfortunately I have not been able to try it. I fell and sprained my knee and thigh.

I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time it’s awesome feels good on my feet and my joints. I have major back problems really needed this for lymphatic drainage. Happy with this product.
