This little plate does everything the full sized plate does. It’s lighter to move and I love it. I take it to work as I’m a teacher and am on my feet all day. At lunch I take time to do a program and it gets me energized for the rest of my day. Looking forward to see the benefits.

Just received it today and already love it. From the copper colour to the different settings and resistance band included. Ill be using it a few mins everyday!
