Feels like a leg massage...love it

Received it on Friday and I'm on day three, my legs/ inner legs' backside are sore. This is a great workout for anyone that is starting off. You get to be in the comfort of your own home and feel confident that you are doing something that is going to prolong your life and health. Good luck to you on your new fitness journey.

Bought this one for my dad. He sits in a chair and puts his feet in platform. Uses it twice a day and swears his balance and walking are improved.
