Just started my vibration plate and it has been amazing. I am a LMT,dancer and has RA so this has helped my muscles relax after any hard activity or long work day. So glad I added this to my wellness routine.

I read the entire manual before trying the vibrations board. I climbed on and, wow! I like this. I can see how it will assist in my weight loss and fitness plan. I wi continue use in a slow but steady way. I f I understand the not locking your k ees kinda difficult, and just a little left, then right kinda dancing was easier. I know that will show me results faster , yet its the easiest way to just stand there for 10 minutes.
