I'm really excited to start using my vibrating plate for health and exercise. Sitting at a desk all day makes me concerned about my life expectancy, but I believe this device will help me get the exercise I need at home and achieve my health goals.

Great vibration plate! I had never used a vibration plate, so started with the small version to try it out. Love this little machine! My goal is to use as a recovery tool after running, weight training, and biking. Great so far. I’m 5’2” and 115 lbs so this small size seemed perfect. Relaxing, I feel less sore after a lifting day.

I recently purchased the lifepro vibration plate and have only tried it a few times but so far I really like it. I hope it really does help with fat loss. Since I turned 50, it is near impossible to lose extra weight and fat.
