Great relief after 8 hours on my feet. The textured top is a bit abrasive to use without shoes or sitting. But it is so quiet I can watch TV without having to turn it up.

Highly recommended by a friend for better sleep. I have been stepping on it randomly throughout the day, upping my time naturally. Several positive changes in my sleep habits (and addictive behaviors??) already.

I bought this as a gift but then I have an accident and I couldn't use it
so from Aug. all through to February I couldn't use it and I'd take it out the box to use it and it worked for a couple of weeks and after that it starts running the Lights come on and everything it just don't vibrate no more
