Great value, good for beginners

So far so good, used it as recommended a couple times a week, my leg swelling is down and I've dropped a couple pounds without otherwise really trying to. Definitely would suggest to a friend to try.

Great Value - Good for Beginners too

So far so good, easy to set up, easy to use. I've only used it a couple times a week, as recommended and I've stuck to the first program to get used to it. I've already lost a few pounds and my legs don't swell like they used to anymore, which is the best blessing so far!

I have not been consistent with using this product. I am just trying to learn how to best use it for someone who has been sedentary for a long time. I love the concept of this machine but I found that sometimes even after just standing or sitting on it for a couple minutes causes me to hurt. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if I am really just not cut out for this.
