I am new to this world! (hold on please while I press pause on my Hexaplate Lite)...ah, easier to text now, hahaha. I purchased this for its detox capabilities as I am MTHFR/C666T homozygous and my body does not detox effectively, or at all. This vibration plate is everything and more. There was a sale so I ordered two more as gifts. I got the purple to match the theme of our latest campaign. To Health!

I researched different vibration plates for a few months and finally decided on Life Pro after reading the reviews. I received yesterday and immediately started with a few minutes. I love this machine. Tonight I moved up to 10 minutes. It really relaxing and energizing. Can't wait to see what it will do in a few weeks!

My feet are small and I wanted an easily movable vibration plate so this seems perfect. I’ve only had it two days so time will tell. But very easy setup and very portable. First time it was a very different sensation so used it for 5 minutes. But did 10 minutes today and it was great. I bought it on sale so an extra bonus.
