I just got it a couple days ago and just got around to opening it. Everything was in the package and after I read the user manual, I gave it a try. Let me tell yall it is nice and super easy. The arm bands are helpful in working on your arms. I have zero complaints.

Great for keeping my body flowing!

I started off with a slow movement & time, & have worked up to the complete 15 minutes! It feels great, & I'm learning some movements I can do while on it to help me. It's light-weight, & quiet! This was a great investment!

I just used it for the first time today and like other reviews have said, the plate you stand on is way too small. I wear size 8.5 women’s shoes and my toes are almost off the plates. Other than that, it’s worked good once
