I just got the Hexaplate Lite Vibration Plate by Lifepro and think I’m going to love it! It’s very user friendly. The amount of exercises one can do is amazing! It seems to be a great quality piece of equipment. The speeds are exciting to play with too! It also has these nonstick suction cups on the bottom and I found that to be interesting for people with tile or marble floors. My only negative comment is the accupoints. I think I would prefer it to be flat. But, then again we shall see. I can tell from only being on it once, how much it can work your whole body!!
