Great Machine!

So far, 5 minutes a day and it's already making a difference. I work from home so I sit all day long and getting up to use the machine has helped me greatly!

Got it for my son to use for gym. I have a different one with a curve and got this one since it's flat to do the things that are easier onitsha since it's flat
