Its been only a week, but I love the way I feel while on it. Its relaxing. Will keep using it daily for at least 30 minutes, and cant wait to see the results.

I have so much energy and I feel it in my abs and all I did was stand on it for 15 minutes per day and sit on it for 15 minutes per day

This my third time using equipment. So far it’s working well. I do smell burnt rubber from the machine after using it for 8 minutes or more. I am concerned about that.

HEXAPLATE LITE

I just recently purchased the HEXAPLATE LITE. My knees aren't good so I am hoping that it might help loosen the tension in my legs. I have only used it for 2 days for a very short time and it seemed to help relax my legs a bit. Seems like it is off to a good start.
