I can say that it really do decrease your stress. Improves poor circulation. I'm sure hopefully, if I stay with it. I will soon feel the back relief, develop increase strength,flexibility and stronger bones.

First time using one of these. Only did 5 minutes as recommended for newbies. It's more quiet than I thought it would be! But loved it so far. Looking forward to daily use!

This Vibration plate is amazing!

This plate is a perfect size and does exactly what it says it will do. I’ve noticed more energy and my cellulite is also lessening. I give this product a 10 out of 10. Love the color too!
