Received as a gift and tried for the first time.
Like how there is little to no stress and when I completed the first workout.
I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised.
Will review again after I have really had a chance to give an opinion

I haven’t had it long but have used it twice a day for a few days. The points in the plate hurt as I’ve been using it barefoot as it has bare feet outlined on the plate. I wish there was a cover for the pointed plate so I could use it without sharp points digging in my feet.
I think if someone was using it for exercise, it may be fine, but I’m using it for lymph drainage so it’s a bit wobbly. I put a chair in front of it facing away and hold onto the back when getting on and off.
I do like the timer on it. I haven’t used the handles or the remote but they are nice additions if that is important to you.
I’d like to do a review in a few weeks after I’ve had it for some time.
