Great addition to my morning workout

I use my Hexaplate Vibration platform along with my morning yoga and Pilates. Depending on my day, I even use it in the evening.

I was looking for a way to help heal my torn meniscus. I did several months of physical therapy and it was not proceeding very quickly. A friend recommended this product because she had one and found it very helpful after meniscus surgery. I do feel that it is helping speed up healing that was stalled previously. I can use it without pain so that is a wonderful help. Will report back later to see if full healing occurs.
