I have only used this for a week, but I do feel more firm in my legs and thighs. Time will tell if it helps with my lymphodema and body fat loss. I think it has the added benefit of relaxing the nervous system.

Relaxing for the legs

My first try went well. I tried the level 20 setting for a few minutes. It relaxes the legs almost like a massage. This is good for circulation and for the lymphatic system.
