2 Days!! That's all it took for me to feel the difference in my body! I am literally shaken up by the tightness in my arms and legs. Thank you Lifepro for making sure that I am around to spend quality time with my TWIN boys.

The mini plate is compact and easy to use.
But I realized it has strong plastic smell once I open it and start using it these past 2 days , I wind up have to leave it sitting at my porch to gas it out so to speak.
Will see how it smell in a few days
