So Relaxing

I was in the hospital when my vibration plate came.
I put it together today in a matter of a couple minutes.
It is so vey relaxing!!! Can’t wait to continue getting stronger every day with this!!

Have just been standing and shaking for about 6 to 8 weeks. Everyday 15 minutes. I have no more discomfort in my left knee and right hip going up and down the steps. I live in a two story walk up. Looking forward to adding movements and different positions.
