We're very happy with this unit. It's easy to use and safe. I wish I would've bought one with a higher weight limit, I'm pushing it.

I sit all day at my desk and thought this would help w/ circulation & lymphatic drainage. Tonight is my first night to use it but I’m excited as my sister and niece love theirs.

First try - felt great

Just gave it a spin - or a shake lol -for a few minutes on the lowest setting since I sit at a desk alll day- and I could tell it was helping my lower back loosen up. Got off, and I somehow felt taller ? Got my blood stirring anyhow - well needed! Can’t wait to do more!

I love waking up in the mornings do 10 minutes and I’m so ready to start my morning workout and then start my day. Before I got this vibe plate I didn’t even feel like working out love it
