Easy to use, lightweight enough to move around. I’m new to use, but immediately within a few minutes was able to feel how it helps with circulation. Excited to feel the benefits!

Used only once but I can tell this is fantastic. I was surprised to find that I purchased this brand as they advertised to be made in America but all over the box it said made in China.

Mobility

Am an elderly woman..with mobility issues, balance in particular and some blood circulation issues.
Was curious if a vibration plate would help versus just exercise...interesting it does! Used am & pm. My legs feel stronger, leg cramps are less often at night. All from sitting in a chair. My next step is to attempt standing (using support at first) to improve balance.
Have I started a new use for the Vibration Plate?!

Never use a vibration plate before. I find that it is invigorating when I use it during the morning, but I put it on a lower setting in the evening and strangely enough it’s seems to destress me. Too soon to report results, but I am using it consistently and enjoying it so far.

Saving my mobility

I am 81 years old and very mobile yet. Unfortunately being older I have lost some of my muscle tone and lower body strength. I do not have any major problems except for atrial fib which is under control. I feel that this is the perfect way to help me begin to reclaim my muscles.
