we just got it so it is too soon to effectively evaluate the product at least it is working whereas our other vibration plate didn't work at all right out of the box

I received the Hexaplate as a gift. Im in a wheelchair with not much lower body intended movement. My first time using the Hexaplate i was so excited about all the new not new feelings I was experiencing.

Great size for vacation

I got the Hexaplate Lite as it is smaller and easier to store and still give me the benefit of using a WBV plate. This one is staying at my son & daughter in law’s so I have it to use when we are visiting them. I have a Waver Mini at home. One thing I like about the Hexaplate Lite is the ability to pause it. My Waver Mini doesn’t have this option. I am pleased with my purchase.

I’ve been using it for just a few days and already have noticed the swelling in my ankles reduced a lot! ( after a day of work ) I use it in the evening for about 15 minutes and it also gets your heart rate up and burns calories (according to my Fitbit) as well! No pain or issues, comfortable to stand or squat on!
