Love it!

I’ve been using my Rumblex at home since January and love it. So much so that I got one for the office so the other 2 ladies and I can use it at work. We work 10-16 hour days/nights and feel stiff, achy, and even sleepy. This Hexaplate Lite is compact enough to keep at work and it not take up too much space. So excited to take it to work.

Good for my hip and pain

I've only had the Hexaplate Lite for a couple of days, but I like it very much. I am currently undergoing Physical Therapy for hip arthritis. While the exercises are helping, I still have stiffness and some sore muscles after PT. I've used the Hexaplate Lite in a seated position for 5 minutes or less at a time, 2-3 times a day and it has helped a lot with the stiffness and soreness. I'm looking forward to starting some seated exercises soon, then progress to standing exercises.

I have always enjoyed a good workout or maybe just a relaxing time while watching tv, and having this hexaplate works best in both times! Feels good right after! Best investment by far!

Great lymph movement but small

1st day relief

After a grueling 12hr shift at hospital, I tried the vibration plate for the first time last evening. I experienced moderate relief of aching of feet/ankles and some decrease of leg soreness; easy to fall asleep. This morning I used again for 10mins before hospital shift. Hopeful with continued use, I have less 'fat', aches, and puffiness that occurs with 8 day stretches @ work
