Love, love, love this!

I am a cancer survivor and had previously been a chemo sloth, which took its toll not only on my body but my energy as well. Since becoming cancer-free, I have accepted the honor of having a second chance at life and the responsibility that goes with it. My focus for acquiring the vibration plate was specifically for circulation and lymphatic drainage. It pairs well with my new-found fitness regime (weight machines, cycling, and swimming). I do sit to use the plate which feels a whole lot safer for me. However, I do not use the plate on the day that I have acupuncture.

Hexaplate Lite

I just got this plate a few days ago and am starting off slowly. So far it is working well. I will slowly increase intensity and time as I go along. I have lipedema and am using vibration as a help for that.

Major Spine Surgery and beginning of Recovery

My niece heard about this product so I checked it out and purchased it. I have only had it two days, but after using it only twice, I can feel that my sciatic nerves are beginning to heal. My sciatic nerve was crushed between my right and left spine. I now have a plate, rods and screws in the lower spine. Praying that the severe pain I have been experiencing is now being addressed.
