Absolutely love it. Children love it. My son is a riot, He can spend at least 5-10 minutes on it before bed and sleeps like a rock so I’d say it’s also magical.

I enjoy using the vibration plate. I am still learning the different programs and settings. I am not using the resistance bands, when attached they make the machine noisy.

Easy Workout

I just recently found out I have osteoporosis and heard this plate helps build bones as well as help with balance, so I thought I would give it a try. It is so easy to use, and I can feel the benefit after almost 3 weeks of using it.
