I'm so passionate about how my body feels after using the LifePro vibration plate, I've convinced 6 other friends (so far) to purchase one.
I jump on when my body is tired and I'm rejuvenated in 20 minutes. I also feel less guilty about not taking that walk as I feel my muscles strengthening when I use the plate.

I've been using 4-6 times a week and while it's on my flat tile floor, it seems unleveled and a bit loud. I wish the plate was larger, otherwise, I think it's great and maybe helping me fitness-wise (?) I hope it's beneficial for body-work. Can't really tell yet.

I just received this, so still need to use more to give accurate feedback. But seems easy to use. Came with battery for remote. Only slight complaint so far is area for feet is not that long. I wear size 10 women’s and my feet hang beyond the foot pad.

I recently purchased a HexaPlate Lite Vibration Plate. I have been using it every day. It feels like the benefits from a long run without the pain. If you are on the fence take a chance and get you one. You won’t regret it.

This vibration board works great! I love how it has both manual and programmed levels and there are so many different levels. It’s very durable and made well. Highly recommend!
