Received today and tried it with my neuro-divergent 6 year old. We both found it fun, exhilarating, and surprisingly relaxing afterward. However, it arrived with marks and discolorations suggesting it might be used/returned—disappointing at full price, so docking one star (4/5). It functions properly so far, and I've registered for the 2-year warranty just in case. The power plug receptacle feels quite flimsy; inserting the plug took noticeable force, and the surrounding plastic seems prone to cracking. Hoping frequent plug/unplug cycles won't stress this weak point. Looking forward to adding it to our daily routine, mastering the controls/settings, and trying the resistance bands soon.

I got the HexaPlate Lite because I heard vibration plates were good for neuropathy. Used it for the first time today on speed 2 and it sure shook me haha hopefully once I start increasing the speed it will hep my neuropathy.

I love my hexaplate lite. I really didn’t know what to expect when I bought this machine. I get off of it feeling totally rejuvenated in both mind and body.

It really helps me with my health! mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. It’s my favorite part of my morning routine now. Noticed a visible impact on cellulite when paired with proper exercise and diet. Also helps move and release stuck emotions held in body. Separately, it’s just really fun.
