I've only just received my vibration plate and used it twice. So far I'm happy with it but need to get a better understanding of the programs to feel comfortable. Good price point for the machine.

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks and while I don’t notice a major difference yet, obviously. I feel so much better after, I feel so loose. I use it in the morning and before bed and there’s a perfect way to start my morning and it’s a perfect way end my day.
