It's my first time to try the vibration plate. Kind of doubtful about it. Especially if I can do high speed. But it's do able and easy to sneak in your day to relax.

I love this thing! I'm almost 79, teach yoga, lift heavy at the gym, hike with my two spoiled Chows, and this is the perfect addition to my routine! I'm from Hawai'i, so I'll say Namaste and Aloha and Mahalo!
