This machine is no joke. 15 min on there and you feel your thighs immediately feel tighter. Great for balance and core stability as well. Haven’t tried the other exercises like the arms but I plan to.

We got this as a Christmas gift not knowing much about vibration plates. Oddly satisfying and soothing. Would recommend this to anyone interested in upping their health protocols. I have cranky knees and it has helped them to feel better.

Excited about starting a routine, but I ordered the exercise chart for 25. and it did not come with the hexplate will I be receiving the chart separately? You can see by my receipt that it was paid for.
