I enjoy using the vibration plate. I am still learning the different programs and settings. I am not using the resistance bands, when attached they make the machine noisy.

Easy Workout

I just recently found out I have osteoporosis and heard this plate helps build bones as well as help with balance, so I thought I would give it a try. It is so easy to use, and I can feel the benefit after almost 3 weeks of using it.

Was quiet, now makes loud noise

I love the product! After a couple uses it started making a loud noise when using so now I can rarely use it in fear of waking my baby on the other side of the house
