I wanted this to assist with lymphatic drainage, but figured the enhanced exercise ability will not hurt me. I have had patches put in my heart many years ago and am not exactly sure if there are any warnings for this type of issue, so have been using slowly and carefully to start out….

This is an awesome little machine that gives me such joy. It’s easy to transport. It’s easy to use and I feel so good after ONLY 5 minutes and I know how good it is for my lymphatic system thank you thank you.

I like it and I try to use it several times a week. Every once in a while I think I night be too heavy for it. I am 5'5 115 (I hope not)
