Just unboxed my Lifepro hexplate lite….. easy set up…. Clear instructions….. tried for 5 minutes and I can feel something….. I tried this in socks which bothers some people, I like the massage feeling. Tomorrow I will go longer and try sneakers! Can’t wait to shake it off!!!! The weight that is!!!

Nicely packed and packaged. Jsut 1 session so far and I already like it! I do wish that it came with owners Manuel or some kind of guide for increasing time.

Our son just got diagnosed with ADHD and we really are trying to avoid medication. This was recommended by our OT for him and so far we are loving it. All of us are using it now!
