Saving my mobility

I am 81 years old and very mobile yet. Unfortunately being older I have lost some of my muscle tone and lower body strength. I do not have any major problems except for atrial fib which is under control. I feel that this is the perfect way to help me begin to reclaim my muscles.

We're very happy with this unit. It's easy to use and safe. I wish I would've bought one with a higher weight limit, I'm pushing it.

I sit all day at my desk and thought this would help w/ circulation & lymphatic drainage. Tonight is my first night to use it but I’m excited as my sister and niece love theirs.

First try - felt great

Just gave it a spin - or a shake lol -for a few minutes on the lowest setting since I sit at a desk alll day- and I could tell it was helping my lower back loosen up. Got off, and I somehow felt taller ? Got my blood stirring anyhow - well needed! Can’t wait to do more!
